redwood city woman is charged with two felony counts of vehicular manslaughter and two counts of felony d.u.i. after she allegedly struck and killed two pedestrians last week in menlo park. officially, reitzell is medically unable to appear in court but her brother ronald says she doesn't remember what happened and is overcome with grief. >> anyway you look at it is no way anything possible or pleasing to be said about it. an accident that happened and my sister was because of it. like i said she was unstable, she had been reading ever since my mother died. i will blame it on the grief. this has finally set and that what has happened, has happened and she is not prepared to do with it mentally. i believe that is why she is not showing up for court.
